1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children.

What You'll Do - Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications & treatments
- Assess patient condition
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Qualifications Required: - Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (FL)
- Current CPR certification
Preferred: - Pediatric home health experience
- Trach and/or ventilator experience
Schedule & Travel - Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
